Senior Full-stack Engineer
Join us as a senior engineer working across our most ambitious client engagements. You'll lead architecture decisions, mentor mid-level engineers, and ship production code in TypeScript, PHP, or Python depending on the project.

What you'll do
- Lead the technical execution of client engagements end-to-end
- Make architecture decisions and document them in plain English
- Code review across multiple projects and raise the team's bar
- Mentor mid-level engineers
- Participate in scoping and discovery sprints with new clients
What we're looking for
- 5+ years building production software in modern stacks
- Strong TypeScript and at least one of PHP, Python, or Go
- Deep experience with relational databases, including indexing and query planning
- Comfort with cloud infrastructure on AWS, GCP, or DigitalOcean
- Strong written communication — you can explain a system in three paragraphs
Nice to have
- Open-source contributions
- Experience leading a small team
- Background in regulated industries (healthcare, finance, etc.)
