FAQ

Frequently asked.

The questions we get most often. Don't see yours? Send it over and we'll answer.

General

Our headquarters is in Islamabad, Pakistan, and we work remotely with clients across North America, Europe, and the Middle East.

We're a small, senior-only team. Every engineer on a project is at least a senior engineer with shipping experience — there's no offshore bench behind the curtain.

Both. We've worked with bootstrapped solo founders, Series A startups, and Fortune 500 enterprises. The constraint is whether we can find a useful engagement shape together.

Most engagements run between 8 weeks and 12 months and involve 2–4 of our team. We also take on smaller advisory engagements.

Services

Often, yes. The technologies on this site are the ones we reach for most. If your stack is different, we'll be honest about whether we're the right team.

Yes. We do this regularly. Most engagements that start as "finish this for us" begin with a 2-week assessment so we can be honest about scope and risk.

Yes — many clients keep us on a monthly retainer for maintenance, on-call, and incremental improvements after the initial build.

Yes. You own all source code, infrastructure-as-code, and IP from day one. We hand over repository access and documentation throughout the engagement, not at the end.

Process

We start with a 1–2 week discovery sprint that produces a written spec, architecture diagram, and milestone plan. From there we ship in 2-week iterations with a demo at the end of each.

We offer fixed-fee for well-defined scopes and time-and-materials for open-ended discovery. Most clients use a hybrid: fixed-fee for the discovery sprint, T&M with a cap for build.

Yes. You'll have a Slack Connect channel with the working team, weekly sync calls, and access to the project tracker. There's no account manager between you and the engineers.

We sign mutual NDAs as a matter of course, and our standard MSA assigns all created IP to the client. We're happy to redline yours if you have one ready.
