What you'll do
- Lead design end-to-end on client projects
- Run discovery and research sessions with stakeholders and users
- Build and maintain design systems in Figma
- Pair with engineers daily during implementation
- Contribute to DW's own brand and marketing design
What we're looking for
- 4+ years product design experience
- A portfolio that shows shipped products, not just concepts
- Fluency in Figma, including variables and component APIs
- Strong opinions about typography and layout, loosely held
Nice to have
- Experience designing for B2B / enterprise SaaS
- Some front-end coding ability
