What we built

Netfo is a 100% AI-controlled multi-tenant SaaS ERP engineered specifically for the automotive dealership industry. AI runs across every module — from lead scoring in the CRM to inventory replenishment, document understanding for procurement, and predictive maintenance scheduling — so the system actively drives operations rather than just recording them.

The platform manages every aspect of vehicle retail — from lead capture through sales, vehicle procurement, inventory, financials, employee management, logistics and delivery, to after-sales service and customer retention. Dealership groups operate multiple showrooms and service centres from a single centralised system with branch-level data isolation. A platform-administration workspace lets Netfo's internal team manage tenants, subscriptions, and billing.

What it includes

  • CRM: lead management with AI scoring, ADSL distribution, quotations, sale orders, invoicing, work orders
  • Inventory: vehicle lifecycle, inspection, multi-location stock, reservations
  • Finance: double-entry accounting, journal entries, bank reconciliation, payroll integration
  • Procurement: purchase requests, RFQ management, three-way matching, supplier contracts
  • HR: profiles, attendance, leave, payroll, performance, on/off-boarding
  • Logistics: shipments, carriers, fleet, route planning, real-time tracking
  • AI-driven cross-cutting: real-time messaging, activity logging, universal search, QR verification

The system spans 150+ database models and 500+ API endpoints, with granular per-feature RBAC and a workflow engine.

Stack

NestJS + PostgreSQL + Prisma ORM on the backend; Next.js, React, Tailwind, shadcn/ui, Redux Toolkit on the frontend; Redis and Amazon S3 for caching and assets.
