EasyERP — UAE car dealership management

Production ERP for UAE car dealerships handling inventory, invoicing, quotations, VAT, and 57-permission RBAC — with bilingual English/Arabic UX and RTL layouts.

EasyERP — UAE car dealership management

What we built

EasyERP is a production-grade ERP designed specifically for car dealerships in the UAE market. The brief was to streamline every operational aspect of a dealership — from stock acquisition through to final sale and reporting — while keeping the interface usable for non-technical staff. The system draws inspiration from established industry tools like EasyCars, while being a clean-sheet build.

The platform delivers comprehensive dealership management through integrated modules: vehicle inventory with full lifecycle tracking, a unified document system for invoices and quotations, CRM-lite contact management, structured sales workflows, and eight distinct financial reporting types. A public-facing dealership website with a live finance calculator is built into the system.

What it includes

  • Complete vehicle lifecycle tracking with VIN duplicate detection
  • Multi-document support: invoices, quotations, purchase orders, credit notes
  • Automated VAT calculation and multi-currency support
  • 57 granular permissions across 14 permission groups
  • Bilingual (English / Arabic) PDF generation with RTL layouts
  • Global instant search (Cmd/Ctrl+K)
  • Bulk CSV import wizard for legacy data migration
  • Public inventory with SEO optimisation and live finance calculator
  • Test-drive scheduling and consignment contracts

Stack

Laravel 13 (PHP 8.4) + MySQL 8 + Redis 7 on the backend with Sanctum auth and a strict RBAC layer. Next.js 16 + React 19 + TypeScript + Tailwind CSS 4 on the frontend with TanStack Query and Zustand. Containerised with Docker, fronted by Nginx with Let's Encrypt SSL.
