What we built
Covvo is an enterprise-grade claims management platform that simplifies property and auto insurance workflows. It manages the full lifecycle — creation, assignment, inspection, and settlement — and serves three distinct user groups: platform administrators overseeing compliance, insurance companies managing their books of claims, and independent adjusters running inspections in the field.
The smart-assignment engine is the core innovation. An 11-gate eligibility pipeline scores adjusters on weighted criteria — licensing, certifications, capacity, ratings, geographic proximity, and more — and matches claims to the right adjuster automatically, with human override.
